The Terms and Conditions – CheapFlightHacks.com, deliberately addresses (“Terms”, “Terms of Use” and “Agreement”). 

Basic Explanations and Validity of Terms and Conditions 

The WEBSITE SHOULD BE TREATED AS THE MEANS FOR DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION ON TRAVEL SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

    3. Cheapflighthacks.com/CheapFlightHacks has no relevant information whatsoever with regard to the FINANCIAL STATURE of the “Suppliers/Travel Suppliers”. 
    4. Cheapflighthacks.com/CheapFlightHacks is not responsible in case the “Suppliers/Travel Suppliers” OFFER A CREDIT ON THE TRIP against the REFUND VALUE.

  • Travel Risks Involved

  1. Cheapflighthacks.com is acting as the travel agent and engages in the sales of travel-related products acting as the mediator of the domestic and international carriers operating the flights from and to the USA. In this regard, Cheapflighthacks.com is not the primary source or resource to book the flight tickets, or rather manage or control the flights to and from the USA. We are completely independent or have any direct/indirect association to the Terms of Use/Services. Therefore, we are working in the sole capacity of the Travel Agent, to ensure flight bookings on the behalf of our customers and ensure flight arrangements as and when desired, keeping in view the protocols of the respective carriers. 

Cheapflighthacks.com will not undertake any responsibility or accountability of the flight booking, and we do not have any authority to book flight tickets or alter the prices of the flights. The flight bookings as executed shall be within the Terms and Conditions of respective air carriers. We also show the adherence to the Restrictions under the Liabilities as engendered under the Flight operators or air carriers. It should be understood that the customers hold legalities only against the specific service provider and not against the Cheapflighthacks.com or any of its partners thereof.

Increment in the Airfares (Domestic and International Airlines)

All the INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC PROVISIONS FOR THE TRAVEL shall involve “Suppliers/Travel Suppliers” or “Travel Suppliers” AND THEREFORE SERVICE CHARGES SHALL APPLY.  ABOVE ALL, THERE MAY BE EXTRA PRICES INVOLVED OUT OF THE CALL FROM THE GOVERNMENT. The prospective travelers are required to pay for all INCREMENTAL COSTS and should give the acceptability for the use of the CREDIT CARDS AND DEBIT CARDS.

Similarly, “Suppliers/Travel Suppliers” or “Travel Suppliers” follow their Personal Policy Terms as detailed in their “Written Contracts,” and all such Personal Policy Terms shall be within those written legalities and irrespective of the fact whether the travelers are noted of such Terms

Limitations of the Liabilities 

The Tour Operator and its parents, subsidiaries and their respective employees, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, representatives, and assigns shall not be held liable for (A) any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other provider, including but not limited to any defect in any aircraft, watercraft, or vehicle operated or provided by such other provider; and (B) any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, or interpositions of any government or any subdivision or agent thereof, or by acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control. You waive any claim against the Tour Operator for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.

In the event that any loss, death, injury or illness is caused by the negligent acts or omissions of the Tour Operator or of the Third Party Suppliers of any services which form part of the booking contract then the Tour Operator limits its liability, where applicable by all applicable international conventions.

Force Majeure

  1. Cheapflighthacks.com shall not be accountable for the physical injuries, or the damages, or deferment, which may cause the harm to the personal property of the traveler or the website visitor. We shall not be responsible for any financial loses (either Direct or Indirect), which may otherwise cause detrimental injuries.  Such loses may also occur as the result of the situations like the Act of God, or social or political upheavals, or mechanical breakdowns, or terrorism, or labor issues, or actions out of sheer involvement of governmental authorities.
  2. In the event of occurrence of the situation wherein diseases or pandemic, or endemic like situations may occur and/or cause extreme health conditions resulting from Covid-19 or SARS-CoV-2 will fall within the realm of “Force Majeure.”

Cheapflighthacks.com is bound by the obligations as well as the rights to have the Processing Fee levied when there is activation of refunds and cancelations of the flight tickets or any other services related to travel.  Travelers who have change of plan can go for the cancelation of flight itineraries only before the departure of the flights. In case the travelers implement the change of plan and cancel the flight after the departure.  

Travelers who have their hotel or car reservations, which are to be canceled, it is important that they consult the vendors directly for proper initiation of the cancelations. Cheapflighthacks.com has no accountability whatsoever with respect to the responsibilities incurred as the result of failure to travel or the failure to adhere to cancelation policies of respective travel vendor. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is necessary for the traveler to buy THE TRAVEL INSURANCE.  In this event, THE TERMS OF POLICY shall prescribe the INSURANCE COVERAGES ARISING OUT OF THE FINANCIAL LOSSES OCCURRING AS THE RESULT OF DISEASES, EPIDEMIC OR PANDEMIC SITUATIONS OR ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL CONDITION THAT IS KNOWN TO PRE-EXIST. IT IS BETTER TO CONSULT THE INSURANCE CARRIERS FOR THE DETAILS.

ON THE SIMILAR TERMS, THE TRAVELERS SHALL HOLD Cheapflighthacks.com ENTIRELY NON-RESPONSIBLE IN CASE OF THE CLAIM DENIALS BY TRAVEL INSURER FOR ANY CLAIMS MADE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER POLICY TERMS.

Pricing of the Travel Services offered by Cheapflighthacks.com

The quote offered to you is inclusive of:

  • Taxes levied by the Government and the Supplier
  • Service Fee/Convenient Fee (If Charged)

There may be incidents of price alterations before the traveler has made full payment. The increase in prices shall be paid by the traveler while making the full payment of the flight ticket.

If the traveler has remitted full payment, no such increase in prices shall stand payable. However, the traveler has to pay for the supernumerary charges as the result of imposition of government Taxes or Fees.

  • The U.S. or international government imposed taxes and fees may also impose certain taxes on the arrivals, departures and the itineraries. Such additional taxes or fee may become payable to the respective airport authority at the time of ticket purchase by the traveler. 

  • Once the Visitor/Traveler acknowledges the Terms with regards to THE REMITTANCE OF FULL PAYMENTS AND INCREASE IN PRICES RESULTING FROM GOVERNMENT IMPOSED TAXES AND FEES. 

  • OWING TO THE NATURE OF THE SUPERNUMERARY TAXES AND SURCHARGES, THESE SHALL NOT BE PRE-COLLECTED. THE TAXES AND SURCHARGES ARE SCHEDULED BY RESPECTIVE HOTELS, CAR RENTAL COMPANIES OR THE SUPPLIERS.  

Fee Charged by Travel Agent

  • – The Consultation Fee

Cheapflighthacks.com will be entitled to charge NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE FEES for the INITIAL CONSULTATIONS/INQUIRIES made by the respective traveler WITH REGARD TO THE TRAVEL BOOKINGS. The NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE FEES (ALSO THE CONSULTATION FEE) for the INITIAL CONSULTATIONS/INQUIRIES are as follows:

  • $100 from each payor for a single travel to destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean; and/or
  • $200 from each payor for a single travel to other destinations (and it is inclusive of the  domestic USA and international)
  • The validity of Consultation Fee SHALL STAND FOR (30) days from the day of submission of the Final Itinerary by CheapFlightHacks to the Traveler.
  • In the event where the Final Itinerary is not booked by the respective traveler within the thirty (30) days of the submission of the CheapFlightHacks, then an additional Consultation Fee shall become chargeable in case of the other inquiries solicited with regard to the travel. 

CONSULTATION FEE will be charged on “payor” basis (This could be interpreted in the way where the payor for more than one traveler or room shall only be charged the Consultation Fee ONLY ONCE and not for each traveler or room scheduled in the purchase). Consultation Fee IS CHARGEABLE ON THE BASIS OF CONSULTATIONS MADE TO THE TRAVELER AND SUCH CONSULTATIONS MAY NOT OFTEN LEAD TO BOOKING OF FLIGHT ITINERARY.

CONSULTATION FEE IS OVER AND ABOVE THE PRICES/TAXES LEVIED ON THE FLIGHT TICKET.

  • – The Service Fee

The CheapFlightHacks shall also be entitled to charge NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERRABLE SERVICE FEE AGAINST THE FOLLOWING BOOKINGS:

  1. $200 per ticket on purchases for INTERNATIONAL air travel
  2. $100 per ticket on purchases for DOMESTIC air travel
  • – The Change Fee

In the condition where the flight itinerary is booked and deposits are made in full, CheapFlightHacks has the right to charge US$ 100 for Non-Refundable Change Fee in regard to the changes executed (Changes in the Name, Address) on the request of the traveler. The Change Fee is over and above the Service Fee and the Consultation Fee,

DEADLINES FOR THE CLAIMS

TRAVELERS/CUSTOMERS/WEBSITE VISITORS CAN ONLY PRESENTS THE CLAIMS FOR THE REFUNDS AGAINST WHITE FOX TRAVELS WITHIN THE SPAN OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE TRIP ENDS. TRAVELERS/CUSTOMERS/WEBSITE VISITORS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LEGAL SUIT CAN BE FRAMED WITHIN A TIME LIMIT OF 365 DAYS ON THE JURISDICTION DECIDED BY THE COURT. ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE WHITE FOX TRAVELS SHALL ONLY BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITING.

In all situations and under all circumstances, Cheapflighthacks.com will safeguard the privacy and information that is regarded as personal and private in its structure. Cancelation of Flight Tickets

May it is reminded that the flight tickets are non-refundable and should any cancelation is executed then the same will incur charges. The cancelation charges are accrued to the maximum of 100 percent of the expense of the booking, whether the flight itinerary has initiated.
